• SThis seaweed salad (known as kaiso salad in Japanese) includes five different types of seaweed – funori, dulse, wakame, gagome kelp and ma-konbu ( true kelp) – all sourced from the fishing village of Osatube located on the eastern coast of Hokkaido, Japan s northernmost main island. Surrounded by mineral rich waters, Hokkaido produces some of Japan s best seaweed and here they re combined in a specific ratio that allows you to enjoy each seaweed s unique characteristics.
